JB is currently in custody at a police department after being busted in Miami Beach, police have confirmed.He was stopped by officers for drag-racing in a rented yellow Lamborghini early Thursday morning. It comes days after Bieber’s house was raided by police over accusations he caused $20,000 worth of damage to a neighbour’s home.

Bieber will be transferred from the police station to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center where he will be able to be bailed out. The cop has also confirmed Bieber did not have a valid license. An insider says another vehicle was pulled over at the scene, which is believed to be the car Bieber was allegedly racing. A source close to the situation reveals the driver – Khalil, a well-known rapper on Def Jam Records – was also arrested.
